An evaluation and discussion of your treatment choices will usually be the focus of your first visit. Treatment is usually completed or begun on the same day as the consultation. A complicated medical history or treatment plan, on the other hand, will necessitate an examination and a follow-up appointment on a different day.
Please provide the following information during your session to assist us:
- Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if applicable.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
If you have a medical condition that may be concerning prior to treatment (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc. ), or if you are currently on any medication, please let the office know (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
X-Rays
If your dentist or doctor has taken x-rays, you can ask for them to be sent to our office. Please pick them up and bring them to our office if there isn’t enough time. Additional x-rays can be taken at our facility if necessary.
